Accounts that cannot be verified may be suspended pending verification.

• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game round, the round will be completed and settled based on the game's outcome at the time of disconnection if the round was already in progress.
• If a live casino game experiences a technical failure that prevents normal operation or settlement, affected rounds will be voided and stakes returned.
